If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 90 days from the day of receipt to return it for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the item is in good condition , and it must be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us. We recommend adding tracking to the shipment. Please keep your tracking number until the refund process has been finished.

Faulty/Damaged/Wrong Products

In the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at [email protected], along with your order number. We will gladly replace the defective item free of charge. Kindly include your order number in the email to facilitate the return process.

Cancellation after ordering

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipments are sent every business day from Monday to Saturday. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item to receive a refund.

Change of Mind / Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind after the 90-day period has elapsed.
